Karlosophies

Welcome to Karlosophies, I'm Karly Nimmo... and to be honest, I'm still very much figuring out this thing called life. Karlosophies has been a training ground for me to show up and speak up. It's grown and changed, as I've grown and changed. It started as a way for me to come to terms with the biggest failure of my life, and now that the failure chapter is officially closed, I want to explore what it's like to live life with the lid off.... what happens when you start living a life free of others expectation, and at times, your own... and start living a life in brilliant technicolour. Each week, I'll show up and peel back another layer of the stories that make up the fabric of who I am... and occasionally I'll dive deep with a guest on a topic that has piqued my curiosity. The intention of this podcast is to help you to remember, and step into, the truth, power and potential of who you really are. It's chock a block full of inspiring stories, business tips and takeaways to implement into your life for positive change. So show up and let Karlosophies speak to you, in any way you need it to.

In this free flow, Karly shares how she dealt with friction that sometimes can't be avoided when collaborating with people. She speaks about what led her to go out on her own and what drives her to be a great boss.
Karly lets us know why it is important to stand firm with our decisions, speak up about it when we believe we are right and stop apologising for our feelings.
Resentment can build up when we accept things that aren't okay but do nothing about it. It is better to address issues from the start so that we can look at the mirror and be proud of what looks back at us. We need to honour ourselves, first.
Another real, raw and a little bit ranty conversation.

In this free flow, Karly shares the reasoning behind postponing the launch of the 2018 Mastermind intake. Lisa and Karly have both had a really big year, (full of new projects, big business and personal growth, launches and travel) which has resulted in exhaustion for them both: with Lisa becoming physically sick.
Karly shares how important it is to listen to your gut. When it tells you to stop. STOP. When it tells you that something you're doing is not serving you anymore... leave it behind.
And with that, the mastermind will be launching in February 2018.
