And to the avid Karlosophies listeners out there, Ros and Karly are partnering for a wonderful cause. Ros is generously donating 20% of any reading by a Karlosophies listener to support one of Karly's good friends little boy, Ryder.
Ryder has Neuroblastoma - a rare form of very aggressive childhood cancer. He's been confined to a hospital for the best part of the last 6 months, while going through 7 rounds of chemo and he still has 12-28 months of radiation and immunotherapy to go. Even still, the likelihood of the cancer returning is around 50%.
There is a trial in the states, which Ryder is eligible for, that is showing great promise and starts at around $160,000US. In order to go, Kath needs to raise around AU$250-300k... and Karly wants them to go very badly.
If you'd like to take advantage of Ros' generous offer to donate 20% of any reading, please use the code RYDER at checkout.
And if you'd like to throw some cash on Kath and Ryder's way, or you'd like to learn more about Ryder's journey, please visit: https://www.gofundme.com/rydersjourneyustrial
This speaking event turned out to be a celebration of all of the work that she has done on getting to know herself, and learning to like herself… and it’s paying off.
She also gives a sneak preview on how she wants Karlosophies to run in the coming episodes…she wants it to be aligned with the direction she is heading to.
She and her husband founded the North Byron studio - The Yoga Shack – where she hosts one of her favourite events, the sacred women’s sharing event 'Stories from the Sisterhood', along with the surprisingly popular ‘The Yoga of Communication’ which is as successful in yoga settings as it is in business, ‘Living Hormoniously™’ and ‘Mindfulness Progression for Addiction Recovery’. She focused on yoga for healing and her specialties are in illness, injury and addiction recovery with classical breath techniques at the core of 80% of her clinic work.
In this free flow, Karly shares how important it is to invest in one’s personal growth and how she starts to explore the non-traditional ways to advance forward herself and her business.
